Prolific Pools & Spas provides residential and commercial pool and spa services, which may include pool opening, cleaning, maintenance, repairs, equipment installation, equipment replacement, and other related services.
We also supply pool and spa products and supplies, including equipment, parts, chemicals, maintenance items, and spa related items. Products are offered through direct ordering by phone or by requesting a callback. We do not currently offer online checkout on this website.
Availability of services and products depends on scheduling, inventory, and service area coverage.
3) Estimates and Scope of Work
Any estimate, recommendation, or information provided is based on the details available at the time, including information you provide, photos, model numbers, or on site observations.
Final scope of work may change after inspection, troubleshooting, or once we confirm equipment compatibility and site conditions. If a scope change is needed, we will communicate the change before proceeding when reasonably possible.
4) Scheduling, Access, and Customer Responsibilities
When you schedule service, you agree to provide safe access to the pool, equipment, and work areas.
You are responsible for:

Maintaining water levels as needed for safe operation unless otherwise agreed
If access is not available at the scheduled time, the visit may be considered a missed appointment.
5) Emergency Service
Emergency service may be available for an additional cost. Emergency scheduling and response times vary based on timing, location, and workload. Not all issues qualify as emergency service.
6) Payments
Payment terms, accepted payment methods, and timing will be communicated during scheduling or at the time service is performed. Some services, products, parts, or special orders may require prepayment or a deposit.
Prices may change without notice due to supplier cost changes, availability, or market conditions. Taxes may apply where required.
7) Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service fee, especially when time has been reserved and travel has been scheduled.
8) Parts, Products, and Compatibility
When we supply parts or products, we aim to confirm compatibility based on model numbers, photos, measurements, and available information. You are responsible for providing accurate details when requested.
If a customer purchases a product or part through us based on incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer, returns or exchanges may be limited by supplier policies and product condition.
Special order items may be nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law.
9) Warranties and Manufacturer Policies
Some products, parts, and equipment may include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage is controlled by the manufacturer, not by Prolific Pools & Spas.
Labor warranties, if offered, will be described in writing at the time of service.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, freezing damage, chemical imbalance, and issues caused by third party work are generally not covered.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prolific Pools & Spas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of revenue, or property downtime.
Our total liability for any claim related to services, products, or website use will not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
Pools and spas involve water, electricity, chemicals, and mechanical systems. You acknowledge that outcomes can be affected by conditions outside our control, including weather, existing equipment condition, plumbing condition, prior repairs, manufacturer defects, and water chemistry changes.
12) Photos, Messages, and Communication
If you submit photos, videos, or messages through our forms, text, email, or other communication channels, you grant us permission to use them for diagnosing issues and providing service guidance.
With your permission, we may also use before and after photos for marketing purposes, but we will not publish personally identifying details without consent.
13) Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, is the property of Prolific Pools & Spas or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission.
